Our work to protect animals would not be possible without the generous donations we receive each year. The Animal Welfare Institute is committed to using our donors’ contributions for the direct benefit of animals. All donations to AWI, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, are tax deductible (13-5655952).
Because of our fiscal responsibility and transparency, AWI has been awarded a 4-star rating by Charity Navigator (its highest rating). Additionally, AWI has been rated Gold by Candid/Guidestar for its transparency, and AWI is an accredited charity with the BBB Wise Giving Alliance meeting their standards for charity accountability.
Donations of $35 and above qualify for membership in AWI ($10 for students or seniors). For donations using an international credit card or address, PayPal is recommended.
