Support a Horse Slaughter Ban in the Farm Bill

Each year, tens of thousands of horses are exported to Canada and Mexico from the United States to be butchered in slaughterhouses. The entire process of horse slaughter, from transport conditions to rough handling at the slaughterhouse to improper stunning methods, is inherently cruel. As Congress works to pass the next Farm Bill, our elected leaders have the power to ban this inhumane practice. Use the form below to contact your US representative and senators and urge them to support the inclusion of a horse slaughter ban in the next Farm Bill.
