Act Now to Oppose an Extreme Bill that Prioritizes Profits Over Wildlife
The House of Representatives will soon vote on an extreme bill that would weaken protections for wildlife under the Endangered Species Act. The “ESA Amendments Act” (H.R. 1897) prioritizes industry profits above biodiversity. If enacted, this bill would likely amount to a death warrant for certain imperiled species by denying them the popular and commonsense safeguards that have been in place for decades. Please contact your representative and urge them to vote NO on H.R. 1897.
